2. Eligibility

Use the services on behalf of a business (small, medium, or large)

Comply with all applicable laws

Our services are available worldwide unless restricted by law.

3. Payments and Billing

Services may require a setup fee and monthly subscription

Free trials are available for one week after customer approval

All payments are non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content

Infringe on third-party intellectual property

5. AI Outputs and Disclaimer

Accuracy, completeness, and suitability are not guaranteed

You must independently verify outputs before relying on them

Zenos is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs

OpenAI and other third-party providers may process AI data under their own policies

6. Intellectual Property

Zenos owns all rights to its platform, systems, and underlying technology

Client solutions are custom-built, but Zenos retains ownership of the service infrastructure

Users retain ownership of their input data

No rights are granted beyond what is expressly stated

7. Suspension and Termination

Users may cancel services at any time

Zenos may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice

Upon termination, access to services may be removed immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zenos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the lowest amount permitted by applicable law

9. No Warranties

Services are provided “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
